We are small enough for your decisions to be visible and large enough for an in-house GMP laboratory, our own manufacturing authorisation and statutory roles. Anyone who joins us takes on responsibility with their name attached to it.

What is different with us.
Roles instead of tasks
Qualified Person (QP), Head of Quality Control, Graduated Plan Officers: with us these are real positions with your name in the register, not lines in a job description.
In-house laboratory, real instruments
GMP-certified and fully digitalised, with highly sensitive LC-MS/MS technology. You work on methods, not on queues.
Short routes
Three sites, a flat hierarchy. If you want to change something, you speak to the person who decides, not to three levels in front of them.
Further training with a purpose
Qualification for statutory roles is actively supported, not merely permitted. Anyone who wants to become a Qualified Person (QP) will find the route to it here.
