You do not have your own Qualified Person, or you are bringing medicinal products from a third country into the EU? We review GMP-compliant manufacture and certify your batches for release in the EEA, through our Qualified Persons under Section 14 AMG. Import runs under our own manufacturing and import authorisation, with regulatory affairs and GMP consulting alongside.
The route from Switzerland is especially short: Basel is about eleven kilometres away. And because the EU and Switzerland mutually recognise their GMP controls, covered products do not need to be retested in the EU.

Two sites on the border
Efringen-Kirchen today, Lörrach from 2027.
Efringen-Kirchen is about eleven kilometres from Basel as the crow flies. In Lörrach, about eight kilometres from Basel, we are setting up our third site: packaging and labelling, storage and distribution, and batch release under our own manufacturing authorisation, expected from the end of the first quarter of 2027.
In addition, there is Itzehoe in Schleswig-Holstein with our GMP-certified laboratory. All three sites work as one team, under one phone number.
