Focus on packaging
Packaging, labelling and release in one place.
Investigational medicinal products need study-specific packaging and labelling under the Clinical Trial Regulation (EU) 536/2014. In Lörrach, we will bring this together: secondary packaging and labelling as a GMP-compliant manufacturing step, storage and distribution, and release by a Qualified Person. That means fewer handovers between service providers.
- 01 Secondary packaging and labelling of investigational medicinal products under CTR 536/2014
- 02 Repackaging and labelling of comparator products
- 03 Storage and distribution through to supplying the trial sites
- 04 Release of the packaged trial medication by our Qualified Person
Location
Between our headquarters and Basel.
Lörrach is about nine kilometres from our headquarters in Efringen-Kirchen and about eight kilometres from Basel, both as the crow flies. Qualified Persons, regulatory affairs and consulting are close at hand. For sponsors and manufacturers from Switzerland, the route is short as well.
In addition, there is Itzehoe in Schleswig-Holstein with our GMP-certified laboratory. All three sites work as one team, under one phone number.
